JohnPearson:

Fred:
Thanks a mil John :)

Yeah, I will be up there early I think (nobody's home!  :D )

See you all tomorrow!

Fred - Busys re-doing the fleet tonight!

Fred:
Oh, do I bring the BBQ ?  :D

Happy Days:
Hi Ger, which slope will be working best depends whether the winds are more northerly then west, or visa versa.

The north slope is at the tarmac car park, “Nine Stones.” (So called because there are nine small standing stones there. (Why nine? Because, evidently, from the very top of the mountain you can see nine counties……….but only on a very clear day :P )

Anyway, getting back to the question of slopes, the north slope is just a few paces from that car park.

On the other hand,……………….the west slope is at the area we were flying the last time you came. You’ll remember that we parked the cars by the side of the road, near some forestry areas and walked 80yds to the top of the slope. (You might also remember showing me how you fly that ridiculous ‘figure of eight’ by doing an inside loop on top of an outside loop……..which I can’t get any of my models to do. :!: )

I don't think the winds will be strong enough to fly it Fred,.....but the world loves a trier!!!

I hope to show my face there tomorrow around 2pm :D

Keith
