        Is this top models the same shop as west wales models. Thinking of ordering a kit from same. Have paypal accounts been hacked or is it credit card payment only?

No, not the same shop at all.
Only credit card paiements were hacked for Topmodel. Only if you bought something with them in the last 2 years or so.
If you are a new customer, no worries, they don't store data anymore (well, that's what they said anyway...)

          Sorry for confusion, when I googled west wales models top models came up with their name. Apparently they sell topmodel products.
