Richard Boyd:
Good man Andrew, if you cannot get it I will drive to Cookstown tomorrow nite. I drove past Asda on my way to the mountain earlier today , pity I didnot receive the email until I got home.
Winds were blowing strong today and I maidened my Le Fish, it was super fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who needs wine, women or song when we have gliders
billscottni:
let me know if you have any problems, 2 Asda's in reasonable distance of me
Richard Boyd:
Hi Keith , Andrew has located the wine but it now has a different label !!!!!!!
How many cases does Mandy require to keep her blood flowing red ?
Happy Days:
Glad you got your Le Fish flying Richard, I’m looking forward to seeing it in the Wexford air this weekend. :D
I’m seeing very conflicting reports about wind speed for the two days. :!: The south slope of Big L. does not produce the greatest lift,(compared to the other slopes,) and should the wind be much less than around 20k it will be a definite ‘Floaters’ only job. (Or models with big wingspans.)
Unless your name’s Fred of course. He can fly a plane with no more lift than a rabbits fart!
Might be a case of bringing everything and seeing what flys best on the day. :?:
As for the ‘Plonk.’ Normally if the label has changed that signifies that something else has changed. It could simply be that the producer is using a different company to bottle the wine, or that the grapes are being pressed in a different machine. As long as the full name on the label is the same I should think one case would get her through. (She’s a bit like a vampire really. If she can’t get her fill, she starts going a little crazy.......... Although I suppose that description applies to most of the females of the species, doesn’t it! )
So,…..one case please Andrew!
Keith
rogallo:
