andrew wallace:
hey keith
i have a few of these regulators now in other models but i must say this is the first time i've used one on a good days flying
i'm gonna look into seeing if i can return it to the supplier and see if there is some sort of test they can do on it
i have flightpower regulators and cheaper jp perkins ones as well
sad thing is i've been flying this model in preparation for a 100" competition on the 9th of september
up side to all this i bought a new algebra on ebay the other day :D
Happy Days:
New Algebra er? So every cloud has a silver lining. 8)
Electrical items with intermittent faults are a pain in the arse to sort out. Sometimes they work well, sometimes they don’t work at all. (Bit like women)
Good Luck in the comp. Hope it’s sunny for you, but don’t hold your breath!
andrew wallace:
sending my module and receiver off to Horizon to be checked out :D
andrew wallace:
module and receiver came back today from Horizon :D
module was ok and passed all the tests :D
the receiver was a little short on the range check so they replaced it with a brand new one
