Now for the fun, canopy making!
Annealed the brass tubes.
No I'm not Superman! Those tubes are cooling down after being annealed. I'm silver soldering two parts that will become part of the locking mechanism so they wont fall apart when I solder the rest of the frame.
Then they where bent according to the drawings and held in place.
Where possible I inserted a bit of metal into the joins.
Voila, ready for the next step, cheated a bit at the backside and used one tube instead of three seperate ones but I'm sure no one will find out! :roll:
