To aid in the removal of the servos I glued some wood together.
And here we see one of them installed.

Ashloks on the wing connectors, quick and painless!
Batteries installed.
Checking the balance, it needed about 1200 grams (about 2.65 lb) on the firewall. Not too bad but lets not forget that we have further 700 grams in the batteries and probably something like 100 grams in the woodwork around them.
Flaps up and working, will probably add some servo slow to the equation.
