New slope site 1 hour north of dublin

(1/7) > >>

Richard Boyd:
Today I was bored so decided to go find a new to me slope.
Every time I'm driving home from Wexford or Dublin I look up at a radio mask and wonder how do I get up there?? If there is a mast there is usually a service road.
The mast in question is on the top of the Cooley hills just before the north south border.
Well my friends today I found the road YIPPEE !!
The mountain has slopes in ever direction with the best being north south and east. The west slope is good but the others are fantastic.
I was a prick and never brought a plane with me but going by the ravens there is plenty of good air.
All slopes are beside the roads so minimal walking envolved which suits me lol
The landing areas are mainly all heather so cushioned landings

Richard Boyd:
The site is stopping me uploading the fotos I took on my fone
I will try again later

Happy Days:
ooOOOoo sound very interesting Richard,  we await to see the picies :D

Fred:

Hmmm... What are you doing tomorrow?  :?:
Might earned enough brownies points to try this slope...

Richard Boyd:
Hi Fred every time I try to upload a foto the site uploads a different foto !!! I select a foto hit th summit button and an old foto of binevnagh is loaded !!!
Technology is given me a head ache lol
