Who is building what for 2015?

<< < (6/11) > >>

Fred:
Did a bit more work on the ASH!
Wing tubes glued, and Incidence checked (quadruple check!)

Oh, and I know why I paid almost nothing for the fuselage! One of the wing socket in the fuselage is higher than the other  :!:  Measured it 200 times just to be sure, but it is. Not a biggie, there is a disgraceful step on both wings. I'll see later how to fix that.

Anyway, a few photos:

andrew wallace:
         Fred that looks a while thin wing for the size of the fuselage

stephen.shannon:
What's the WS Fred? That's a beaut

Fred:
Thank you both  :D

Yeah, very high aspect ratio on that one!
Very flexy wings, can't wait to see that in the air  :D

Stephen, WS is 6.5m (but root chord is 210mm on top of my head)
Fuselage is 2.2m long if I remember  :?:

Oh, and finally, after all these years and countless hours of flying, I am giving my ASW15 a bit of attention! New canopy and fresh paint job on the way  :D

Fun Flyer:
Hi John, what covering did you use for the Auster and where did you get it?
I need some for a little rubber FF job.
Thanks in advance.
