Brian:
Hi Joe,
I think I'd be happy if I got it to come back up that hill into wind   :D

Brian

joe:
yeah there is that alright!!

Alan_Perse:
I certain think the north/south slope (up the hill from the car park) of Mt Leinster could be the slope to do it. But I'm not sure. There certinaly is a lot of turbulance behind the slope in a strong wind. May be a light to moderate wind would be the best to test it.

Brian:
Hi Alan,
Keith and I were up there yesterday and we had a look.
There are two rockey outcrops that have the effect of making the front and back slopes meet at a point, while the rest of the hill crest is rounded off. From what I have read these two places look good.
We will have to see.
Keith just for you ; www.stanford.edu/~mberry/Papers/Davies_290_DS_boslough.pdf

Brian:
Hi all,
Anyone fancy a trip to Mt Leinster on Sunday.
Wind looks good for the south slope and the direction is good for a trip to the dark side.
