IceWind:
Oh bad!
I'm away from IE! :(
If this happens, pleaseee someone take some videos! :)
And share.
Fred:
Hi,
Sunday should be OK for me!
Will plan to get up there early to have a full flying day !
We'll keep an eye on the forecast :?:
Happy Days:
The forecasts I'm looking at show west-south-west winds for Sunday. Don't think the south slope would work.
In addition I've been up there (South slope) twice this week and found a bit of a problem with that big nuclear bomb in the sky...... It's very low at this time of year. So if the wind is in the south I'll be giving it a miss.
If your going to D.S. you'd probably be okay, but for general flying, with the lift being a long way out on that slope, and with low sun it aint very comfortable........Trust me on this one!
If the wind veer's to the west I'll certainly be there. The top west slope is my FAVORITE :D (I love it to bits!)
BTW Fred, welcome back to the forum  If Joe is still alive (I haven't heard from him for ages) he might turn up as well and I can give him his models. (Just in time for xmas.)
Nando is becoming a voyeur,.......he just likes to watch video's of others doing it!...........(Definitely a perv' that lad)

Brian:
Hi Guys,
Keith may have a point, we will have to see later.
The forecast yesterday was for SSW wind with high cloud only at 50%.
Now its WSW wind but with a lot of low cloud.
Saturday's forecast will have to tell us, fingers crossed.
Brian
Fred:
Thanks Keith :D
On holidays now, lots to catch up ! :!:
Well, if the forecast is WSW, why not having a drive and come to Kilakee ? :?:
Good training to fly in another slope (sorry Brian, no DS there!), and the Johnnie Fox is 5 minutes away ! (for a tea eh!) :D
