The models are packed, the batteries are charged, and there's a 20Km/h breeze forecast for tomorrow :D

Joe and I are meeting up around 07.30 with, I'm told, a 3 hour drive ahead of us.

I'm looking forward to this, and hoping to learn how the experts fly off Tountinna. (I can spell it, but I still can't pronounce it! :oops: ) I've still got much to learn, so I'll be scrutinizing you local lads and expecting great things from you :clap:  

So good luck to us all,........and to hell with the showers!!!

Big thanks to Dave and Gerry for their warm welcome as always and for showing us how it's done Munster style!

Great days flying. Decent lift, lots of pilots, all types for models from foamie wings to big scale aerobats. Bit of mayhem at times with all the pilots flying at once.

Gerry, Dave and Declan seemed to have gotten a taste for combat too. Should make for a good laugh next time round. Might be bad news for you though French man! You might consider reinforcing that P51!

Fred, Keith anyone?? We are relying on you for photos as usual

Unfortunately even with all the good flying and crack, I'm afraid to say many pilots did leave very disappointed.  :(  :(  :(  :(  

There can only be one explanation...

I'm sure I saw a big wide angle lense glinting in the sunshine, so someone must have some picies? :D  Come on, don't be shy, own up! Who was the man with the camera? :clap:

Thanks for coming down. We all had a great days flying. The combat was great craic. We will definitely get some models ready for the next meet. The french war machine will be crushed.  :twisted:
I had to eat all the buns myself back at the bakery on sat night. Man was I sick. They tasted sooooo goood though :-&

I might make it over on sat for the retroplane event. Just a day trip for me to see the models etc... Want to see Freds new Ka1 fly.
