Hi,

please have a look here:

http://www.flyhard.ch/bauberichte/bauberichte.html

The page is written in german (what a beautifull language  ), but when You klick on the menues on the left side, You'll find some picture galleries of building big models.

These are 3 guys, who built only real big models. The building of the Austria begun in Summer 2008.

I do not really understand the reason to built so big. May be when my eyes are getting older, I need such big planes   For the next time I'll sta with my boomerangs :D

Regards

Lothar

Happy Days:
Yes, talking of boomerangs Lothar, when are you going to show us some videos of your's flying :D

Don't want to hear any excuses. ( Ask Hedi to hold the camcorder while you fly the boomerang.)

Or, if you are feeling very adventurous, you hold the camcorder and let Hedi fly the boomerang!!!  (That would raise your adrenalin levels  )(And Hedi's too!)

K.

Ok......

well, first of all, i would have to buy a camcorder... this Idea is rising my adrenalin level more than enaugh for the next weeks:lol:

But if You like, You could go to www.rcmovie.de and search (suchen) for Horten. There You'll find some nice videos of boomerangs incl. mine.

Sehr gut mein Freund! ……(Sorry, I can’t get on with German,………especially those words with 20 syllables in them. :!:  :?  I think I‘ll stick to English……..a much easier language. )(For me anyway!)

I find it amazing that those planes are so stable despite not having any vertical surfaces. Tell me Lothar, can the Horten's roll and loop?

K.

Alan_Perse:
Thanks for the link Lothar. My God that Ka4 is huge      . Why did he not build it full size. The model is not far from been full size.
