Gliders > Slope Soaring
Any new machines lately ?
Happy Days:
Corr, what a lot you got!
Don’t rush it Fred. I’ve rushed the finish on my Phase……………..and it shows!
It wont be seen when the plane is in the sky, but when it’s on the ground it doesn‘t look any where near as good as my first one……………
Ah well, I’ll remember to take my time in future.
Don’t think there is going to be “loads of lift” this weekend. It might be better to leave the Crystal until another occasion. (Save loading it all into you car)

Alan_Perse:
They look like some sweet machines Fred :D :D . Love to see them fly, but I will be in Nice from Friday for two weeks. Do you know of any good model glider clubs from around there.
lothar4862:
Hey Fred,
those are beautifull gliders.
The modern soarer are not my cup of tea, but they have a special sort of elegance.
All the best for the maiden flights [-o<
Regards
Lothar
Fred:
Thank you all
Ah well, now, the most important thing is to put them in the air ! Whatever happen !
For the ASW15, only managed to glue 2 servos tonight... Not sure now it's going to be ready for this week end... Next one for sure... We'll see tomorrow...
Fred:
And finally, a photo of the ASH25, my modern glider winter project !
I'll post on the forum the building process, might be interresting for some !
Note the big smily face ...
Don't know if I mentionned it already, but fuselage is from Gewalt
Profile will be an evolution of Eppler 68, E67 and E66 (very close to the HQ3.5/xx.. Sound good for thermalling and slope)
I will not go for a full house wing (flaps etc etc..) just ailerons and airbrakes, but that might change later !
