Most of the bags I've used are 250 gauge, tends to wrinkle less

I got a quote for mylar last week of £90 for 350 micron. 10m x 914mm +£26 postage. carraige seems a bit steep. Anybody know anywhere cheaper?

About the same price. Not sure about carriage??

billscottni:
Thanks Joe,

You'd think in the whole of Ireland there would be a supplier, it must have uses other than modelling!!

Fred:
Alright lads, I have splitted the original subject, and created its own thred !
Lots of usefull info in there !

Bill, I have another question for you !
Where do you buy your Vacuum connector ? The one that goes on the bag ?
Used to buy that many moons ago to Topmodel in France for the club, but there might be a more local supplier (and certainly cheaper too!)

billscottni:
Joe,
I buy mine from the US! Joewoodworker.

You can also get them from Tygavac in the UK and there is somewhere else to.

Will check my PC at home tonight.
