Hi Alan,
That's a very good question.. I really don't know yet ! What I know, is that I have wayyyy too many projects !
I have full documentation for the Hutter H17a, Grunau BabyIIb, Ka3 (a bigger one.. :D ), and I may receive the documentation for the Skroda (I like that one..)...
And now, I have the complete documentation for the Spalinger S18.
So, I don't really know yet, but for the moment, I have too many things on the way to start something new, but my immediate next glider is already finnish to draw and just waiting for another project to be finnished.. I'll let you know what I'm talking about a bit later !
And all that without forget the next Retroplane Meeting !
So many projects, so little time...
Fred
Alan_Perse:
Sounds like your busy. I hope to start my Ka8 project some time soon. I'm just not sure where to get my Balsa and Ply wood at the best price. Where do you get yours?
Fred:
The best places are : Weymuller or copaero in France for the balsa.
For the plywood, I go to Greenhobby, but I've waited 7 weeks to have a sheet of 1.5mm the last time :(
I don't know if they have some stock now.
Or you can wait a bit, and do a group order like we did with Joe a few month ago.
By the way, the Ka8 is from a plan ?
Fred
Alan_Perse:
Yup. The Ka8 is from Plan. A Cliff Charlesworth Plan to be more precise. He is a guy from England who makes some great plans based on what I have read in magazines. He also has a book out on building scale sailpalnes which I have, it's peity good.
