Lift Ticket to Norway (DVD)

<< < (2/4) > >>

Dave Reese:
Thanks for the warm welcome Ed.

We spent about a month in Norway and shot more than 65 hours of video during our travels. Rugged scenery, friendly people and plenty of slopes to fly. A virtual slopers paradise for sure.   It took some time to finally get around to the editing, which in itself took me about a year to complete. Trust me, I fly faster than I edit.

I reckon you guys have some pretty epic slopes to fly as well. The cliffs of Moher look like they would produce some fantastic lift. Anyone fly there?

dave

Fred:
Hey Dave,

Ireland, definitively another sloper's paradise !
Flew the Cliffs of Moher... Epic is the word I think !

Was over there 2 weeks ago again

And flew here also in NI (story soon guys!  :D  )

And also of course, Kerry (2 1/2 weeks ago  :D )

And so much more!

Eiretime:
Looking forward to hearing all about your trip Fred, you found some cracken slopes by the looks of things :D  Hey Dave next time you are coming to Europe make sure you stop over so you can scout for your next epic picture  :) or just squeeze some flying and Pints in.

Dave Reese:
Fred, Those slopes look like they could produce some ballistic lift. Would love to see some video  :D

Ed, Thanks for the suggestion. Ireland is on my list of places to visit for sure. My mother was born in West Cork near Dunmanway and I still have lots of family in the area. Flying and pints, count me in!  8)

Now if I can just get Dennis to stop loaning out his LTNO DVD maybe my sales to Ireland would increase which would help pay for my visit :D

cheers,
dave
