One for myself and one for my Dad I think.

Richard Boyd:
Hi Fred, you may add me to the list.
I am Lithuania flying indoor and having a ball

See you all next weekend.

Richard

JohnPearson:
Hi Fred

Put me down for one as well!

Fred:
Hi all,

Well, I'm happy to report that the Quark flew for the first time this week end... And flew very well!  :D

Apart for my issue with the bending wings (I only received 1/2 the flat carbone I ordered remember) and the elevator neutral, being.. well, adjustable in flight    (I received the wrong push rods, so had to do a fix... 0.8mm piano wire is bending to much!  :!: ).

Anyway, that thing fly great, a bit on the light side, but ballast option is here for that! VTPR is a delight.
Had some great craic flying the thing right on the lift.
Definitively a keeper for me!

Can't wait to sort out my issues to fly it fast! (acceleration is good, but then, bendy wings make that thing do weird, but funny, stuff!  :P  )

Was thinking that the rudder was going to be too small, but the response was surprisingly good for the size! I might give it a 5~10% increase though to make it more fun!  :D

Soooo... Video coming soon, better to see it fly by yourself.
Richard and Joe tried it, so maybe they can put their impressions of the model here.

I'll post the PDF plan later for the one who want to scratch build it.
For the lazy ones like me who prefer a "kit", I'll check for pricing, but should be around 55 to 60 euros/ea. I'll throw the depron and 6x6 wood for the tail and the plan for these parts in the lot.

Aidan:
That's great Fred!
I'm delighted to hear hear it worked out well.
A pity I couldn't be there to see it myself..... next time.

Aidan
