Well, I was sure there was one in English, but can't find it :(
I think the older version were available in English, so might worth having a look at.
Anyway, in my opinion, all that is what we call "intellectual mastubation" (French expression, not sure if that work in English!) as whatever you are doing in those software, that will always be a best guess.
Try to replicate those wing polars in the real world... Good luck!
Unless you spend thousands of Euros in a proper mold and build.
That was just by curiousity, but learnt nothing that I did not knew already
billscottni:
Thanks Fred & "Intellectual Masturbation" works in English too :D

Ok, had 5 minutes free tonight, so I decided to get started on the Quark!
Rudder built in 5 minutes.
I decided to do it in 6mm depron with a bit of 6x6 wood. Light, but will alow me to make some changes really easy if needed.
The depron will be coated with PU varnish and silk or covered in vinyl...
Or get courageous and do it like I put in the plan! (wood or corrugated plastic).
Anyway, here you go.
Plan and materials :
Drawings on Depron :
Cutted and 6x6 wood taped (nothing is glued at this stage... Just pure curiosity :D ) :
This is relatively strong as it is... So, might keep it like this, or make a slight change (rudder base in 6mm hardwood...), but as it is, I like it...
And the lot, taped on the fuselage to check, with the Work Controller in Chief happy with the result :D
(Yeah, that's a good size... Fuselage is 1m long without the rudder)
Tomorrow, I'll cut the elevators following the plan. 2 cuts, and ready to glue the tubes for the joiner... Well, that's if I don't end up spending the night at the maternity tonight! 8-[
Ordred the carbone stuff I need to continue the work, but as it is, I guess it's max another hour to have the platform ready for the servos and finishing :D

Jeez Fred thought you'd only just found out, not that the Baby was about to appear!! :o
Hell of a way to get a 1/3 scale pilot
Fred:
:D :P
Nope, small contractions started tonight!
Mean nothing, but car is ready just in case!
