1/4 scale Kranich II
Fred:
Salut Fabrice,
Well, maybe, it is planned, but there is still a long way to go 8-[
I'll go with all plywood/varnish finish on that one too.
Printed the fuselage's plan, and that's a fat beast! :D
Alan_Perse:
Hi Fred.
When you are printing out your plans, do you have to make sure it will fit on a standard sheet of paper like A1 or A0.
Fred:
Hi Alan,
No :D
Well, Yes.. Ok, confused now ? :P
The only limitation I have is the width of the roll of paper (90cm in theory, but with the printer margin, that can be less than that... Always use 84cm as a max...), but in lenght, driver take up to 15.6m

Thats interesting. I was at my local stationary shop a few weeks ago. They have a plotter there and they said that the larges thing they can plot is A0 size. That does not make sense to me. The roll of paper that is in the potter is many meters long so it should be possible to plot something that is as long as the roll of paper, of coarse the width will be limited by the width of the roll.
Fred:
My experience with the guys who have plotters in shops etc, is that they don't really bother having a look at what they can do!
Spent month looking for someone to print our plans in this country !
Thanks to Dave, now have my very own plotter :D
