Hey Joe,
Not flown unfortunately, just 3 test launches as there was no wind for the PSS day, but got a special prize for it
Will fly it at Mount Leinster whenever the weather permits

Sorry to hear that Bill, hope you got better!
Yesterday, sun came out, and we left the slope at 18.30 after some last flights with the asw15. My good old friend
Was a brilliant day, at least for me anyway, with plenty of flying and very good company!
Today, we ended up 3 of us at the west slope. Wind was a strong SW, so that gave some odd conditions. But that what makes slope soaring interesting!
Nice flight with the asw15, Ralph with his mini Ellipse, and Chris his Micro Quark.
Left early, but with a smile! Good weekend!
Here are a few more photos. And some galaxies from the B&B with my new toy
Next weekend, Kerry for a week of slope soaring with the Frenchies, followed by the Macon PSS competition.
See you all in June!

So, here we go again!
Pretty windy, and had a big shower, but so far, 10 pilots showed up from all over the Country
A bunch of flights done, now having a good social catch up. Blue sky is coming our way for an even better day!

Thanks all for coming over the 2 days for the first meeting of the year!
Saturday was cold and breezy, but plenty of flying done
Sunday was much calmer as planned, but unfortunately, rain predictions were correct, so as the wind shifting to South in the afternoon. At around 12 ish, slowly but surely, but if rain started, and wind slowly moved south. We all call it a day at 14.00.
Anyway, another very good weekend seeing old friends and some new ones!
Looking forward to the next meeting already!

So far, happy. Covered the elevators and painted them. Doesn’t look too bad at all.
I’m using paint samples and a tube is supposed to cover 1m2. Not bad for 2€! Looks very close to the scale color.

Some big steps in the build done!
I really like the look of it.
Anyway, 90% done now. Today is covering day so I can glue the rudders. Elevators are moving, and the canopy is taking shape.
Weight wise, I should be in around 2.2kgs, we’ll see anyway, it will be what it will be

Could not resist!!
That is different for sure!
Glued the 2 motor “tubes”. They are cardboard tubes with 75mm diameter. Scale it should be 90, but could not find any, but they do look just fine. They need the nose cones now. I might cut them down for transport, we’ll see!
Anyway, that is big, and unusual for sure!

Elevators and rudders are done. Just need to put them in place now. No ideas still for the elevators. For the rudders, cut 2 templates/support for the tubes, just need to place them now.
