Hi !
If ribs are just sightly loose, Cyano + Accelerator will be fine, as this tighten the cyano "as it is", so give it volume.

I prefer cyano, as I fell it will live longer and better than quick époxy.

April is comming quick, and I done nothing since last sunday ! Grrrrr... But I will have time for the next two days and week-end. Goal is to have fuse ready for cover on friday.  (that's a project... )

Last news... Becoming better, fuse nearly complete. Color is comming ! 

Seems I need a pair of wing and a stabilizer...

Hello Marco ! Welcome...

For Carbon I use Cyano with great success. Just put a little grind with sand paper on the areas to be glued and it's strong.

Just put parts in the right place and use very fluid cyano to add glue.

Hi guys !

Next step...

I've put 5x5mm balsa stick all around the canopy for stiffness purpose (as servo tray don't touch the sidewalls). This leads to modification of frame C3, but not on frame C2.
Also prepared the elevator rod (not finished servo side) : it will be carbon rod in this all wood glider... 

Then, assembly on the fuse ! Nice curve !    :-*

More seriously, I've really started mine... Goes like a charm...

I've done few modification of the servo tray by adding a tow servo and few reinforcement for good rigidity. Let's continue !

En fait, 480gr, c'est avec les clés d'aile en CAP Ø4mm.
Avec des clés en carbone de 4mm, je gagne 32gr ! Soit en gros 450gr pour les conditions légères.

Ca pèse rien ce truc !!!

Lunak fini et pret au vol !
Une fois centre et avec l'accu, il fait 480 grammes, je me suis un peu plante sur le poids d'un accu... Centre pile comme le plan avec un poil de plomb en plus du lipo 2S 1000mAh.

Ca va etre bien !

Donc, il sera jaune, comme un Lunak quoi... Je garde la surprise pour la deco finale ! Les moutons Irlandais ne vont pas en revenir !

Allez, un peu de deco, on colle le stab, centrage, et ca vole ! 

Masse actuelle : 350 grammes !!!! Hors accus, BEC, et centrage.... Ca va faire 420gr fini quoi... C'est tout ? ben alors...

Et si je montais un quark...

Je vous mets des détails du montage du crochet de remorquage... Fred, tu vas finir par devoir prévoir cette découpe pour le servo dans la platine d'origine vu qu'on les monte souvent avec crochet les Lulu !
