Duo Discus XT
« on: April 09, 2018, 15:22:07 PM »
Could not wait last night to put that one together...
Equipped with SLS and all the bells and whistles... :)

I hope to have it finished for Falaise... Or Cork even!

I hear you!
I only bought it because it was a Duo Discus (and the price was right!).
I just checked, it's the ThermoFlugel one, and it looks like it's 4.2m ws!  ???
Seemed bigger to me, but I don't care, I have a Duo Discus with SLS  :-* :-*

Nice weather, so set up myself in the garden to get 2 gliders setup :)

SLS working fine, just need to order a battery for it, and do the CofG, and the Duo Discus is a go.

As for the Taborca, I think after that one, I am an OpenTX programming specialist!  8) ;)

Executive decision made about 3 weeks ago!
SLS gone from the Duo Duscus. I don’t have access to a field, so makes sense to save the weight and prep it for slope... or aerotowing :)
Ready for the first flight, hopefully at the Cork Aerotow.
