By the way, if we could have more info by Andreas or else, that would be great !

My only concern is the number of tow plane at the event  :?:
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Does anyone know if this aerotow event is taking place on Sunday the 27th as well, it says so in Flightlines. I probably will not be able to make it on the 26th, but I might be able to on the 27th. I may not have any models to fly though.

No, no clues... No communication...  :?:

Will be good if you go, take loads of photos !  :D

And that would be be good too to know more about the event !
How many tow plane, size of the biggest glider that can be towed and so on...

No more news, I'll stay at home slope soaring instead

Got some info from Andreas

They are going for Saturday as the weather is to be bad for Sunday ,They would like to start at around 10am. 3 tow planes  2x 1/3 scale Piper Cub's  with 60 cc petrol engines and a MPX Big Lift with a 26cc petrol engine. They are only expecting a few pilots so if anyway fancies going alone I'm sure they would be glad of the support. They mainly fly scale gliders from 2-5 m
span but,  long as it has a release mechanism any sort of glider will do!

Give Andreas a call if you are going along. Just so he has an idea.

They are hoping to do another one later in the year as well. Maybe Sept/Oct.
Hope to be able to make it to that one.

Cool, that would be great to have some info / news..

Checked the website, latest news are from 2006...

I think that will confirm what I'm doing now : going only to events that are actually advertised, with a minimum of communication... If they don't bother communicate, why bother driving to the event ? (in a general point of view, not necesarely about this one by the way   )

Long debate anyway, but hopefully, we will have some photos/news about that one  :D
