Looking at that vid I’m tempted to ask, “Is it a plane, is it a heli, or is it a hybrid flying machine?” I mean, what actually makes it fly? The air over the wings, or the prop performing the task of  a reversible thrust rotor?

I love it when technology moves forward. :)

(Pity the dancing girls weren’t in close up though. :( )

Hi Keith my muff loving friend, you are totally correct. The VPP unit gives you the same basic performance of a heli, your transmitter is setup in heli mode with idol up type throttle. Basically center throttle stick has no prop pitch (no movement) full throttle stick gives you positive pitch( forward movement) and normal throttle off position gives you negitive pitch (reverse flight). The heli guys could of course give you a more indepth explanation.
