Swift S1

Swift S1 - Full EPP, 1m of pocket aerobatics

 The kit.

I was looking for a small model that I would be able to bring everywhere with me, like my Nano Floh, but with a wider range of flying conditions.

Hard to find, as the Nano Floh pretty much fill the bill really well on all domains.

Then, last year, found a French company, called FGS Models, and they pretty much specialised on small EPP gliders. The SnapRoll had my attention first with really good reviews, but later that year, they released a new samll glider.. And scale... And aerobatic.. I want one!

So here you go, the kit :

Everything is included, I took the kit +  the option pack. Had everything for less than 50 euros.

Cutting quality is really good, and the way the wings are reinforced is well though

All the grooves etc are already cutted in the EPP and the ailerons are articulated with the EPP "skin". Plastic strips glued along the ailerons are there to make them stiffer.

Wings are designed for 2 servos (great for various mixing possibilities) and a 1 piece wing, but I made that onein 2 pieces with carbone wing joiners.

The Elevator have the same treatment as the ailerons, except for the plastic stiffener.
