Mount Leinster Gliding Site

Joe came in the Dublin's slope one day with his flying wing ( sorry folks, no photos this time !) and told us about a slope in 1.25 hrs south of Dublin and he'll try it one day... And this has been done !!  :o))

hiya Fred.
had another amazing days flying. the best I've ever had.
I've stuck together a quick web page to give you an idea of what I'm
talking about.
feel free to use or link it to your site if it's of any use. maybe you
could add it to your flying sites.
Mount Leinster is a 10/15 minute drive south west of Bunclody on the
border of Wexford and Carlow.the place I've been flying is called nine
stones (that's where the car park is).
no hang gliders today (very low cloud early on may have kept them
away, got lost in the clouds myself at one point) but, there was a couple
of falcons/kestrels soaring around. tock some shots but, you can't make
them out.

So, just take a look at the picture now ! Look great ! I think you can fly ( and land !!) all type of gliders here, and look also not bad for DS...

I'll organize a trip here as soon as I can !
