After a long pause work has started frantically again.......
Canopy frame painted and still wondering how to attach it to the fuse.

Might be too late in your case because of the covering, but here is one idea :







With an hinge on top to articulate the canopy up.

In my case... Blenderm!  :D
I'll do something like above for my next one...
