Hi Keith, yes the Vector has been repaired and broken and repaired !
Today is beautiful and the 30mph winds are on the Big North slope but I'm unable to go up as the little kids have my day planned.
Off topic but I got a skateboard helmet and I intend to mount my vid camera on it so I can hopefully record some film when I go to the mountain on my own.
The Toon is my style of plane, cannot wait to get it up and flying.
It takes little to excite me lol

First proto ordered ! Finally!

WS is 1.67m (was hoping for 2m, but was stopped by the machine capacity for the cut).

Profile is SB96V / VS with generous chords.
I might go for the quadro flap setup, to give it a go, and make it the heavy option, so more basic models will be lighter.

Changed a few things from the original plans posted a few posts earlier, to match my 3.2m fg design (long story) to make it a "mini" version.

Anyway, this is all talk, hope to receive it soon now to get cracking on the build!  :D

And that give time to people with cnc machines to get ready!!

Even better news!

Kit is at home!  :D
I took photos, but I'll post them as soon as I find the cable for the transfer!

Can see one or two modifications to make to make it better, but other than that, all good!

Going to be a quick and easy build  :D

WS is 1.67m due to the size of the EPP blocks.
Fuselage is in 30kg blocks, and wings in 20kg.
I'm really tempted to have one made of Roofmat, with a ws of 2.5m / 2.8m now, just to see... But that will be another story!

Stay tuned for more later  :D
