PSS / Macon 2023

God, forgot to share about that one!!

So last year, as usual, trip to the Macon PSS event, and as usual, had nothing prepared  ;D ;D

Another great year! The flying conditions were challenging at time, but that's slope soaring (otherwise, we get bored! :) )

Anyway, you should have been there!

So, what is Macon? Macon is first and foremost, Friends, and food and drinks (lots of it :) )

For the graphics, I don’t think I kept it 🤔
It was an easy one to do, just a basic scan of the logo and mirror the other side if I remember.

Hey Jim,

Hope you’re keeping well.

If I recall, you don’t have to register your models anymore. Just yourself, and pay the 30€ fees.
You will need to put your IAA number on all your gliders.

The training is the IAA one that you need of course, but to be honest, can’t remember how to access it.

I get to my laptop and check. I did my renewal last year, and if I remember, it was a simple process.

Also, have you check what that says in the MACI app?

Hi all,

For Sale, a F3B glider, hollow molded etc etc (see photos).
WS is 3.18m

I can't remember the name (and they all look the same when I try Google :( ) So whatever it is, this is the F3B version.

No instructions (did not came with any! But I guess, it is not a beginner's model). Brand new, just put together for the photos. Came with a small bag of accessories, and snake (for the rudder by the look of it).

No Shipping of course, but can bring to meetings if anyone's interested.

Sorry Gerry, can't make TT :( Mother in Law birthday, I will only be able to escape for a couple of hours that day :(

Anyway, for the last "official" meeting of the year, we were very lucky with the weather! Was like summer up there!
Great to see some friendly faces, and catch up with people we haven't seen in a while!
All in all, a great weekend!

For my part, people who were there on Sunday will be glad to know that the Stinger is fixed! Very lucky, but lesson learned, don't mess with the trims with something that small and lively close to the ground! Expo now at 60%  8)

I only took a few photos, but here they are, with a couple of visits from some old cars Rallye or friendly gathering, waving at us each time they were driving by :)
