Well, I have to use my modeling tools for the rest of the family :)
Daughter had to do a presentation about the Vikings. After a swift visit to Dublinia, back home, it was time to print some Viking stuff.
Helmets, to show what people think they used (the ones with horns), and the reality.
Same for the hammer... Big difference between what you see in the movies, and the real representation :)
Interesting stuff, and a nice tool to do proper "show and tell" in school :)
All PLA, then painted with Humbrols :)

Preparing for this years Retroplane???
The children are so lucky to have such a good father.

Looking pretty funky!
I always find it's easier to justify a purchase if there's a "practical" use, i.e. not for RC! ::)

Yeah, I'm the best dad... Until I say no to something, then, I am the worse ever :'(

Thanks :)
Yeah, I buy all that RC stuff for the kids in fact! Just a shame they don't use them, so I have to ::) ::)
