Slope Soaring / Club Fleece and other merch

I am looking at getting some ISR fleece jackets done this year with the logo front and back
Pricing at about 40 euro with a club subsidy 50 euro if you want your name added.

I am also getting a rerun of woolly hats and baseball caps if anyone wants a replacement/spare, price about 18 euro each.

Slope Soaring / Valenta Macchiato

Lads,
I bought a 2nd hand Macchiato from the RC-Network in Germany, lightly used and before it had landed in Ireland Richard had bought it from me. We set it up this morning and said we would take it to the field for a test flight. All went well after a bit of adjusting on the elevator and the crow brakes.
Here are a few pics.

Happy New Year to all, just looking at proposing a few dates for 2025.
Any thoughts, additions etc welcome
March 15, 16 Mount Leinster
April 12, 13 Mount Leinster
May 3,4 and 5th Aerotow in Cork subject to permission from CMAC
June Usually Shannon
July 12th 13th Aerotow in Cork subject to permission from CMAC
Roundwood have invited us for an Aerotow event this year, date TBC
August???

Scale / ASW 17 refurb

I thought I would start a post here to help me make progress with my rebuild/refurb of the ASW17 I bought from Fred this summer.
First job was to seal up the doors for the KTW system that was installed. I have glassed the doors inside the model and now some P38 to fill the gaps.

Hi just a small bit of news here, I got to maiden my new ASW 15 last night. It has a FES unit which allows me to launch from a flat field with out a towplane.
Thrilled to bits with it. Here are a few pictures.

just to give you all a heads up that club subs are back again this year at the cost to you of 10 Euro.
Payment at the first meeting next month in Mount L or I can take electronic payments which may suit some of you.
This is required to rejoin MACI, so please contact me if you wish to pay but wont make the March meeting.
