Sorry to hear of your disappointment.

Short answer is mine had no scratches or pinholes that I noticed. No creases. My wipers did stick. I got no instructions. I got no servo covers. My canopy was a little rough aroung the edges. But nothing I had a problem with and the colour matched fine. BTW the canopy goes inside the frame.
I used a piano wire to hold the rudder on and it makes it removable as well.Has worked fine so far.
Maybe some of the extra weight is due to the flaps?!
