Thanks, I'm hoping to be out flying on Sun. Resorted to things with electric motors just to  get my fix!
I hate physio, always seem to come out feeling worse than when I went in! Worth it long term though.

I’m far too mature for all this sort of stuff John. I grew up very quickly when I was a lad. I think it’s because I was born at a very early age. :?
