Turnigy Glider Bags from Hobby King.

Hi Lads.
I have bought a couple of Turnigy Glider Bags from www.hobbyking.co.uk they are a good quality item. Recommended for the not so large models. They come in two sizes. The large one will hold up to a 4m Glider. I have stored my Rodelmodell DG100 @ 2.15m in the small bag. Check them out.

PS: By the way. It is the small bag in the YouTube clip and looking at the wings I would say the Glider is about 3m in size.

Hi Adrian,

I have a couple of the big one for a little while now. Great for 4m WS gliders, just the fuselage straps and pocket outside badely designed (too low!).
Good to have in the car if you need to go up the mountain with your gear :)
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Hi Fred.
I was emailing a guy in the USA about a carry bag for my Alpina 4m (WWW.AceWingCarrier.Com). He makes them to order. He wants to charge me $ 280.00 for a bag to fit the Alpine into. Now I paid €17 + P&P for the large Turnigy Glider Bag. I think I can live with that. By the way Fred. I am looking for 2 x flat steel bars 1m x 15mm x 2mm + brass box's. Would you know where I can get my hands on some. Glider Distribution wants to charge me st£28 + st£20 P&P to Nth Ireland. Then parcel Motel to Dublin. No way Habibi. Adrian.

Yep, when I see the price some ask for a piece of fabric, just unbelievable!

I mainly use Quechua Sky Bags for my wings (transport and storage). 10 euros in Decathlon. Use that for years.
Also use Snowboard etc bags for fuselages (up to 6m gliders... they fit nicely). Great quality, waterproof and cheap as chips (Decathlon again).

I recently bought... Hang Glider bags! Absolutely perfect! With pocket etc.

For the blade wing joiners, last time I bought some, it was at Lindinger.
