PSSA Mass Build?
« on: August 15, 2018, 10:37:00 AM »
Suggestion for next year.
Maybe we should take part in the PSSA Mass Build? This years model was the Hurricane. We could set the completion and flying date for our Sept 2019 event? Next years design will probably be decided in the Spring

great idea. I do prefer a winter build though. Maybe Fred has a pss design hidden awaw he would like to share with the great unwashed??

Sorry Bill I could not resist!

Think you're right Ralph. Maybe we could persuade Monsieur Frederic to unleash the daylight on one of his designs (you never know if we start it, maybe the PSSA boys would copy US!)

Howdy :)

Mass build, why not, but the problem is to get all the people who actually participate to build their plane :(

Anyway, looking to what will be next from the PSSA guys, I'm sure it will be another winner :)

As for me, in PSS, after the A10, I have the F82 Twin Mustang and the Sea Fury, both planned for 1.2m
Or a "simple" Mustang. Anyway, something quick and easy to build if possible!

Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Simple mustang might be a good one to start with to get people in to the feel of things

a B/C please. Too many D's around and the B/C gives the option of RAF (i.e. Mk III) or USAF colour schemes.

This is the line up of the finished models from this years PSSA Mass build of the Hawker Hurricane. I'm sure we could do something similar  ;D

Maybe something we could discuss at end of the month on Mt Leinster?

A nice Meteor would get me very interested for a mass build design, Fred  :-*
