Yep! that looks good all right. If it stays northerly that will be a fly anything day. Seriously cold with that wind chill but well worth it!

Yup, I'll drink to that! Provided the wind speed stays as predicted and the cloud base isn't too low, I recon the top of the west slope will be the best place on Sunday. (Loads o' lift! )

Are your legs up to walking all the way up that hill Brian? I know you're not as young as you used to be

If not Sunday, then Monday is looking good for the north slope. Possible D.S.'ing for the brave/foolish. I'll sit back and watch. (I like to watch     )

Got your Skua S - 15 finished Joe?. I'm just covering mine. I would have finished it by now but I've got a prob with my Zagi. It only wants to fly to the left all the time. I know they say that one good turn deserves another, but it gets a bit boring just going round in circles! So fiddling with that means I haven't finished the S-15

So is this going to be an All Wexford Pilots meeting, or is anyone else going to be tempted to brave the mountain road with the shear drop off one side?
Come on!......you know you want to :D

Hi Keith,

I'm afraid I'm away this weekend so no gliding unfortunately - looks like a good weekend though. Have fun at Mount Leinster.

Okay Peter, hopefuly we'll meet up  one day in the future.

I have to say lads that with every forecast I'm seeing the wind is getting weaker and weaker for Sunday. Pitty

Do we think Saturday pm might be a better option? Guru is showing 20kph.

I'm gonna take a run up to Big L this afternoon. I have a horrible feeling in my bones that tomorrow the mountain will be cloud bound.  :(

It doesn't look like there will be vast amounts of wind, but I think there'll be enough for a 'gracefull waltz over the landscape'. :) ( I doubt there will be any combat though.)

So, will I be flying on my own, or is anyone gonna keep me company?

Hi Keith,
Busy today with work stuff.
Change of plan for tomorrow, I'm getting my power gear sorted out for return to the field.
Only going up the slope if its really strong, that light lift is not for me at the moment.
