Do you think we might organise a cross border comp for sometime in 2024.

Adrian.

Maybe whoever is doing RES competitions within the borders can organize something alright 👍
Happy to join the fun, but never heard of such competitions being held here, unless I am mistaken
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

I think the best option for this would be postal comp, but for that we need to find a good source of the rubber. EMC Vega do a complete set but it's not cheap and if we could find something cheaper it would perhaps encourage a few more to take part. We need a cheap source of 15m length of 5-7mm surgical rubber. I can find lots of 10m lengths, but struggling for 15. The rest of the needed equipemnt is easily sourced locally in fishing tackle shops

Have the F3ES gliders and the surgical rubber but need a flat field!  Where do you fly Adrian?

I#m working on this at the minute. Likely to be a postal competition. Fly at your own field and I'll crunch the data
