Okay Peter, here Big L. has only a small "Crown" or should I say "Sleeping Cap" of cloud on the very top,.....just covering the radio mast.

Wind is a moderate 20-25 Km/h WSW.

Overall the sky is overcast with patches of light and darker cloud suggesting the possibilty of an odd shower.

Temp. ....15C

Should be a good day with plenty of lift off the west slope.......

I'll probably be there from about midday,......most of my repair work is done now.

See you there................

Well, that went Well! :D

Conditions were overcast most of the time but, as Fred would say, "There were lifts everywhere!"

Here are some picies of Peters Pilatus. (The big model in the foreground)
(I call this picture Big Brother / Little Sister :)  I'm not sure the Phase 6 likes being refered to in the female gender, but never mind  )

And this is the Pilatus airborne
Quite a striking outline.

Joe turned up with his big Ash, amoungst other planes, and Pavelar, (I'm sure I've spelt his name wrong) also joined us with a very fast  flying Wing. I tried to knock it out of the sky with my Skua but I couldn't catch it! :(

All in all, a very enjoyable afternoon in the company of like minded people.

Good Times

K.

They're good fun when used in combat, (Get's the adrenaline going), and they're fun just to "Beat up the Sky" with. And the realy good thing is they're virtually indestructable. Go on Peter.................you know you want to :D

B.T.W. What was the name of that finishing compound you were telling me about? :?:
