Hi John. Unfortunately my landings were a bit hit and miss. There was so little lift some times that there was not enough height to make a proper approach to land so you had to land where ever you could. I sheared two bolts, but that's all. No other damage apart from that.

forgot to say we were up on tountinna again last night on the very same slope in very good lift and the difference was amazing. flying was so easy when you knew all you had to do was face the model into the wind and go skyward again. a real buzz

Just a quick note to say that this is one busy site. 9 cars parked up a bunch of Limerick lads a few from Tipp and a solitary Cork man for his sins.  Lift was steady Alpina stayed up all right and my Fling was in its element. A great night had by all.

Am I right in saying anyone welcome any Wed evening (WP :D )

that's right sean, we meet on wed night, fly til about 9. nights starting to close in already, so sometimes we finish about 8.30
