Well, the DG is mine. This is a HF Model kit.
Bought it at the time in topmodel.fr.
Certainly one of the best glider I ever had !!  :D
Fly great, in any conditions, slope, towing and so on, no fear !  :wink:  :P

I don't know if you saw it, but there is a video of the DG in the video galery.

For your elevator problem, I will not use the ball link, but the 90 degrees bent wire instead.. I have the ball link on my asw22, and that don't really look reliable at that size to me. With the 90 degrees bend, no problem for the past 10 years now  :wink:
I can take photos if you want, and I can show you the problem on the ASW to understand what I mean... (on High rates, the wire have tendencies to touch the rudder, and i'm affraid that the ball will come off...So, I had to bend the wire to avoid that, but it's not "clean"  :!:

I see there are a number of different versions of HF Model SDG1000's available - different sizes, some with hollow-moulded wings, some with foam/veneer wings.  Which one are we talking about here?
