2026 Aerotow at CMAC Littlesilver (Brinny)
« on: April 19, 2026, 15:32:00 PM »
Hi all,

just a quick reminder to say you will all be welcome to the CMAC funfly/aerotow again this year.

The Cork club has once again kindly host us for the weekend.

So far we have 3 towplanes and plenty of gliders for the weekend.

Please if you think you might travel post up so I can have a burger and a beer ready and waiting for you.

See you all the May bank holiday weekend.

Ralph

Hello everyone,

Here are a few photos of the CMAC Aerotow held on the 11/12 July.

Fantastic weather and lots of flying and of course, the good company of like minded people!!

Enjoy the very few photos and videos!

Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Hi I would like to thank everyone who travelled to our event, without you the event does not happen. I would also like to thank CMAC for hosting the funfly that allows us the opportunity to aerotow.
Most importantly I would like to thank Dave and Sonia Duff for cutting the grass, cleaning the kitchen area and toilets in advance of our arrival. I want to thank everyone for helping with the cleanup Sunday evening. Most of all thank fred for all the towing he did over the weekend.

Hope to see you all in Aug for maybe a meeting in Roundwood (Fred get the finger out) or Mount L if Fred did not listen.

You are more than welcome! Always a pleasure!
And of course big thanks to the CMAC for hosting and to Dave and Sonia. The field was like a carpet!

Soooo… now I see if I can remove that finger! 🤣
