David Kelly:
Hi Guys,
Anyone out flying tomorrow? Wind appears to be NE, don't know of a good slope. :?:
cheers
David
Happy Days:
Hi Dave,..................there is no slope in Ireland better with a NE wind than Mt. Lienster :D .............................(In my opinion  )
The only wind direction I can see for tomorrow however is NW/W.
Both these directions can also be flown on Mt. L, in fact I was flying on the west slope today. It was BLOODY MARVELLOUS :D
If you want to fly from there tomorrow I can meet you there, but I would only be able to stay for a couple of hours.
Don't know if anyone else would be thinking of flying there,..........Joe mentioned to me on Friday that he might try for Big L on Sunday.
Anyone else interested?
David Kelly:
Happy days
Apologies, your perfectly right it is a NW/W tomorrow I was mixing up east with west  .
Was thinking of flying nearer to Dublin but if numbers are on for Mt L. I'll take the spin down. Can't get away from Dub till 10 so it would be 1.oo before i would be around. Don't know if that fits in with your free time tomorrow.
Will check forum later to see if there are more takers. Looks like it will be a perfect day for flying.
cheers
David
Happy Days:
Well Dave, I've just had a look at Mt. L. and it's completely cloud/mist covered at the moment. The sky is also cloud covered so there's no heat to burn the cloud off and there's virtually no wind either.
With all of the above, coupled with the fact I would have to leave the slope about the same time as you'd be arriving, and with no one else showing any interest,................it looks like today is a lost cause
Oh well,..............there's always another time,............
Keith
Fred:
