Conditions here remain as before

The mountain is completely obscured. The base of the hills surrounding it are just visible at this time.

I don't think Big L. is going to be flyable for a good few hours. (If at all today)

Conditions are not good guys. Low cloud, The mountain is still covered and we've just had a shower.
With more rain forecast for the end of this afternoon I think  Flying on Big L. is cancelled today.

Well, may be no flying was had today but I got some stuff done in the workroom. :)

General maintenance included tightening a wing servo that I hadn’t realized was coming loose, and replacing a servo lead that was chaffing against a control rod. Going to have to re-cover the fuse’ of the Vee Tail soon, the present covering is all pealing off and generally showing it’s age. :(

Got my teeth into building the new Phase 6. Not much to show for all the work done on it so far, (cutting and trimming formers, longerons, and sanding L.E.’s) But it all brings forward the time when she’ll take to the sky. So not a total waste of a day. :)

As Fred says, lets se what next weekends weather brings :?:
