Depron Edge540 build

joe:
Desert Aircraft 100 for the front then.Should balance ok  :D

Brush painted with standard acrylic paint(most spray paint will attack the foam).Looks ok from a distance.A couple of coats would look better but,I don't want the weight! I like how it turned out!  :D

error404:
Can these handle crashes well?

Once I get some flying time (a lot) it would be fun to have something like this to have for flying on the local football pitch beside me on a very calm day. Would a novice flyer be ok with flying this or something similar?

Fred:
Hi Tony,

Well, may be not for a completely novice flyer, but after a few flight with the daisy, that should not be a problem with low rates on the controls.
Maybe you can build a depron High wing plane.. I have plans if you want.
Let me have a look and I make a selection for you.
Lots of depron at home if needed  :D
But that can be a good idea when the slope is not an option. (or to fly at the slope when there is no wind   )

error404:
A high wing plane sounds good. I would like this to have a bit of fun with and can take a knock if unavoidable.

I'll do a bit of looking to see what type of motor etc suit to keep the weight down.
