Below, this year's dates for the official meetings.
All held at Mt Leinster, over 2 days to allow people who travel to spend more time flying than driving!

Date : 17-18 March 2012
Location : Mt Leinster Co. Wexford
Event name : PSS Over Ireland - But all gliders are welcome!

Date : 14-15 April 2012
Location : Mt Leinster Co. Wexford
Event name : ISR Slope Fest- Open to all gliders!

Date : 29-30 September 2012
Location : Mt Leinster Co. Wexford
Event name : ISR Slope Fly-In - Open to all gliders!

Of course, the usual informal weekends etc etc

**NOTE**
For the April weekend, we will have a visit from some french pilots (some crazy ones, some are old and ugly, and some.. well, they are just here to drink Guinness...)
Date of the visit will be between the 12/04 and 18/04, and we will stay at the usual place in Bunclody for the week, with flying everyday, weather permitting of course!
Everybody's welcome to join us flying or stay at the B&B with us during the week of course!


So, that's 3 dates, I think there are more events to be added to our calendar from the guys from NI and the South  :D

date for shannon mfc fly - in is   sat 16th june  on tountinna.

 sun 17th is substitute day in case sat rained off.

as usual, all welcome with what ever gliders you have.

anyone wanting to fly both days is more than welcome to stay on, plenty of b&b's in the area.

May 6th and 7th is to be the weekend for the Cork Model Aero Clubs annual Glide in /aerotow weekend. Camping on the site will be allowed subject to permission being granted. Where we fly (slope) will depend on the wind but if all else fails we have 2 big tugs and a decent winch to satisfy almost everyones needs.

Drop me a line here or by phone 087 8322791 to reserve camper/tent pitches (very grand here Mr Buckley ??)  

Looking forward to seeing some new faces
