Title: WEBSITE DOWN!

Alright, apologies about this, and many thanks for the mails and text I received from all part of the country and abroad! (did not knew that was so popular!  :D )

First time in 8 years that the site is down!  :?

So, a 30 year old virgin guy living in his mum basement found a way to get to my CMS and rewrote the access file to redirect to some sites (he called himself the WaRr10rz  :lol: )
All was catched up instantly by the security (took about 10 seconds for the site security to kick off :) and disabled all access to keep everything else safe).

So, total downtime for me was about a minute, but much longer for you guys due to security increase on the server as a result.

Anyway, forum is back (was not concerned by the issue), but website is down (never put your eggs in the same basket  :D ).

So, that's it really, I am now working to upgrade my CMS to the latest version. Wanted to do that for a long time with lots of articles etc etc, so now is the good time  :D

“CMS, access files” they’re all Chinese to me! :roll:

 Thanks for getting the forum going again Fred. :clap:  Being without it felt a little like being without electricity during the recent power outages. You don’t realize how much you use it till its gone! :(

ps I was up on the Big L this morning. Sunny skies, 40 - 60 K winds right onto the west slope. It was like being with a good woman, I didn't want to go home :lol:

:lol:  :lol:  Lovely weather here too today, but stuck at that thing called work (waaayyy over rated if you ask me!)

Well, first time in 8 years that the website is down! Even had to remember my passwords and all that to access the console for the files!  :lol:

Nothing too serious thanksfully, and was prepared for all that  :D

Hopefully, weather will be great for the week end now, need a break!  :!:
