As we didn't get to fly today, I've been doing a bit of surfing, (wet enough on the bloody hill to surf!). Came across this Spanish site with a photo montage of building a mould for an Astir CS
Enjoy :D :D

Hi Bill,
Here is the French Bible about molding fuselage :
Building a plug (http://lesgpr.free.fr/construire/jp15-36/jp15-36_master.htm)
Making the mold (http://lesgpr.free.fr/construire/jp15-36/fab_moule1/fab_moule1.htm)
Molding a fuselage (http://lesgpr.free.fr/construire/jp15-36/fuso_fab/fuso_fab.htm)
Everything about making foam/venner wings (http://lesgpr.free.fr/construire/aile/exp-coffre/exp-coffre.htm) Different techniques on top of the page
Composite sheeting wings (http://lesgpr.free.fr/construire/sb10/sb10gw/sb10gw.htm)
And much more here : http://lesgpr.free.fr/accueil/guide.htm
The GPR website, a must see ! All in French, but Google translator do a decent job.

Thanks for the links lads. They should of use in the future. I would love to build a Standard Cirrus or Open Cirrus some time in the future.
