Hi, welcome to the forum :D
Sorry, I don't know this model, but I think I have a fg fuselage of the Cobra17 in my garage somewhere (from Joe), might be the same origine !
If you need a spare... :D

Thanks, I have been sent some adverts and a test report made in a model mag many years ago. The model was a bit of a dud by all accounts, unusual for Veron, as they made excellent models.

Oh I see !
By the look of it, that's the one I have in the shed !
I think I put the wings in the bin last year, but shame you are not in Ireland, I would have given it to you ! (take room!)

would the fus be for sale, by any chance?
-
Free ! :D But would prefer it to be collected.
I find it and try to make some photos tonight.

I believe Fedex do a collection service, with a little persuasion!
Kind regards,Rob

Fred, are you serious?
I have met Phil Smith (he's 96 years old and ill at the moment) and know he supplies plans of stuff he designed at Veron.
If you would sell the cobra fus at a reasonable rate, I would arrange for it to be collected.
It was not a popular kit (mainly because it was sh+++), but it was one of Phil's designs, and I'd like it! Regards, Rob

Hi,
Yes!
I usually give lots of models that I have for free to slope guys to make room (unfortunately, I never see them flying again, except for one or two  ) but I will take a photo of the fuselage (I have the elevator as far as I remember), but in my opinion, will not worth the hassle, or the shipping cost, especially if you can have a new one for 150£.
Anyway, I'll take some photos (sorry, a bit busy these days!)
Fred

Thanks Fred, I have just bought myself a vortex, so won't need the Cobra after all. Thanks for your help. Regards, Rob
