Hi There,
Here are a few plans for some foamie / depron trainers.
First one, the Piper cub like trainer :

The plans (PDF format.. Several sheets) : click here - 1Mo zipped

Well designed. Can suit a Brushless 280 or 300 format + Lipos or in brushed motor, a 300 geared (like the GWS one...)

Scott Alford's design
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Another one, from the creator of the famous (so, at least in France..) Baron, Christian Chauzit...
The BaronE... That's a Baron, but for Electrique power  :D
Fully depron + bits of balsa, for motors delevering 100 to 200 watts with 1500 to 2400 mah lipos in 3 cells.

Thanks to the electron-libre mailing list .

The plan can be found here  - 8.5 Mo
3 files, 1PDF, and 2 DWG

Enjoy !   :D
