How about Saturday 6th Nov on the Big L?
« on: October 31, 2010, 09:53:57 AM »
Next Saturday, 6th Nov is looking slightly promising lads.

So far the prediction is for NW winds of around 25Km/h and no rain!
That makes the west slope of Big L. rather attractive. :D

Anyone fancy a trip up there :?: ……if the weather stays as predicted?

Keith

Long way for a single day for those of us in the North AND we have a Chairmans Seminar with the BMFA on the same day.

On second thoughts :?:

Well, it’d be very nice to see you again Bill, :D  though as you say, it’s a long way from the north.

(Likewise, I’ve been thinking about that trip to the Giants Causeway. Although it’s always nice to meet up with folks, it is a long time to spend in the car :!: )

Great idea.

But it's also a long way from the SW corner  :(  and with this rain there are outdoor 'projects' (jobs) that are overrunning.

One day though.......

Hey Keith,

Can't come, will be busy all week end next week end  :!:

All free after that !  :D

And for the trip up North, why don't we do the road together ?
Come in Dublin, leave your car at my house, coffee, and off we go !  :D
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!
